The Transport Canada Annual Compliance Report ACR Small Vessel form was used in creating this template link to showcase how easy they are to create and use. This template link allows applicants to initiate the workflow from the Transport Canada website. Using the pdf extended version of the form we imported it into Signority bringing the form fields with it and placing the appropriate tags.

There are both an English and French version of the forms accessible for testing above.

The Text tag, Radio Buttons, Signature tag, and Date tag were used to create the Template Link form.

The Notification in Change of Operations form has been created as a Template Link form that can be referenced from the Transport Canada website. This allows the customers to fill out the form right away saving them the time and frustration of the print/sign/scan method.

It was also created using the Fillable PDF Tag transfer feature which automatically imports any fillable form fields from the fillable pdf into the new document or template. This feature is a great time saver.

This form uses the Text tag, Number tag using the Phone Number format, Checkboxes, and a the Sign Date tag.  The Sign Date tag is different than a regular Date Tag, this tag is tied to the signature tag for that signer.  Once the signer enters their signature the sign date tag is auto-populated with that days date and the signer cannot manipulate it.
