A cleaner, more focused Document Designer
We’ve rebuilt the document designer from the ground up, so placing tags, organizing files, and getting a document ready to send feels faster, clearer, and more exact.
what’s new
Tag Settings Side Panel
Size, position, required status, and conditions now live in a dedicated side panel instead of a popup — easier to see and adjust while editing.
More Precise Tag Control
Set exact height, width, and position in pixels, and lock the aspect ratio to keep tags consistently sized across a document.
File Reordering
Reorder files within a document — any tags placed on those files move with them automatically.
Enhanced Accessibility
The editor is now WCAG accessible, making it easier to use with screen readers and other assistive technology.
Improved Responsiveness
Upload and Recipient pages stack vertically on smaller screens, keeping every field and navigation button reachable without zooming or horizontal scrolling.
Refreshed Interface
A cleaner layout and more focused experience across all devices, from desktop to tablet to phone.
TAG SETTINGS RIGHT WHERE YOU’RE WORKING
The new side panel keeps size, position, required status, and conditional logic visible while you edit — no popups covering the page you’re tagging. Pixel-level fields and an aspect-ratio lock keep every tag consistent across the document.
- Exact height, width, and position in pixels
- Aspect-ratio lock for uniform tag sizing
- Conditions and required status at a glance
A TAG LIST THAT’S EASIER TO SCAN
The tags panel is now organized into two clear categories instead of one long list, so you can find the tag you need without scanning past everything else. Larger icons and grouped tiles make each tag easier to spot at a glance.
- Sign Tags (Signature, Initial, Sign date) are grouped separately from Data Input Tags (Date, Text, Number, Masked text, Note, Checkbox, Radio, Dropdown, Attachment, Stamp)
- Bigger icons and a card-style layout replace the old inline list
- The “Sign” tag is now labeled “Signature” for clarity
ACCESSIBLE AND RESPONSIVE ON EVERY DEVICE
The editor now meets WCAG accessibility standards for screen readers and assistive technology, and the Upload and Recipient pages stack vertically on smaller screens — so all fields and navigation buttons stay accessible without zooming or horizontal scrolling.
