How are documents counted?
Basically, anytime you send a document, that is counted as one new document. For team plans, the Multiple Uploads feature allows you to upload more than one file into a single document. This document will have one audit trail and is counted as one document. The Package feature is coming soon, which allows you to send different documents in a single send. Each document in the Package is separate and has its own audit report. Each document in the Package is counted separately towards your usage. For Template Links, each time a recipient enters their email with consent, that counts as a document. For Bulk Signing, once the CSV file of recipients is uploaded and sent, a new document will be counted.
