Signority is looking for a Market Response Representative to join our growth team. This an entry-level sales and marketing role that is responsible for inbound sales and marketing support.  This is a full-time position.
Our office is located in Ottawa, Canada.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding in real time to hits to the Signority web site
- Monitoring real time web chat conversations
- Responding to inbound web leads and assigning them to the appropriate sales person
- Cleaning and de-duplicating data in the CRM system
- Emailing and calling prospects
- Scheduling meetings between prospects and Signority sales people
- Researching leads from the Signortity web site, following up with them and assigning them to the proper  sales person
- Discovering new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/commenting
-  Supporting Signority marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaignsIt’d be great if you have experience with (skills & qualifications):
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools and research
- Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
- Â Energy and desire to make numerous (30+) phone calls daily
- Ability and aptitude to perform high level demonstrations of the Signority solution
-  ‘Hunter’ mentality in seeking out new business
- Â Ability to build strong personal relationships with prospects, customers, partners and Microsoft employees
- Â Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone
