The Weekly Timesheet was created using a generic standard timesheet template sourced from the internet. It was uploaded into Signority and converted into a Template Link that would allow mobile nurses to initiate the workflow from the Staffing Agency website.

The Text tag, Number tag, Signature tag, and Date tag were used to create the Template Link form.
