Jun 9, 4:30pm ET – Email service  was restarted per recovery efforts and is no longer operating at a degraded level. Customers with documents stuck in progress, please cancel affected document and send a new one.

June 9, 1:00pm ET – Email service is operating at a degraded level. Please allow up to 60 minutes for emails to be sent.

May 12, 9:00pm ET – SMS service is back in operation.

May 12, 1:30 pm ET – An intermittent issue was observed that may result in delayed or undelivered SMS messages. We recommend using Email Authentication to ensure uninterrupted signing. Our team is actively investigating the issue with our partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
