June 2, 2025, 5:30 PM ET Single Sign-On (SSO) service is operational and we are continuing to monitor for stability.

June 2, 2025, 3:00 PM ET —  Azure and Microsoft Entra ID SSO are operational. General SAML-based SSO methods remain under investigation.

June 2, 2026, 1:00 PM ET — We are currently investigating an issue affecting our Single Sign-On (SSO) service. Some users may experience difficulties signing in or accessing services that require authentication.

Workaround: If “Login with Signority Credentials” is enabled for your organization, you can continue signing in using your standard username and password as an alternative to SSO. If this option is not currently enabled, an administrator can request to have it enabled by contacting support.

Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

Oct 1, 2025, 8pm ET – Underlying storage issue affecting document processing has been address and all systems are operating normally. We recommend verifying any in-progress documents to ensure they are finalizing as expected.

Oct 1, 2025, 12:20pm ET – We are aware of an issue impacting in-progress documents having trouble finalizing. Our team is investigating to resolve as soon as possible. For urgent cases, we recommend cancelling the affected document and creating a new one. Systems remain operational for newly created documents.

Signority is currently experiencing  {ISSUE}. We are aware of the situation and working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible. 

Jun 9, 4:30pm ET – Email service  was restarted per recovery efforts and is no longer operating at a degraded level. Customers with documents stuck in progress, please cancel affected document and send a new one.

June 9, 1:00pm ET – Email service is operating at a degraded level. Please allow up to 60 minutes for emails to be sent.
