Deleting a Team

Role(s): Billing Admin, Super Admin, Team Admin

In this tutorial, you will learn how to delete a team or subteam from your organization.

Before you begin

If you still have users or subteams assigned to the team, you must reassign or delete the user or subteam before you can proceed with deleting the team. Once the users/subteams have been reassigned or deleted, you may proceed with deleting the team.

Delete a team/subteam

  1. In Signority, use the left menu to navigate to the Admin Console and then open the Users & Teams page.
  2. Select the checkbox beside the team you would like to delete.
  3. In the actions bar above the Users and Teams table, click More>Delete
  4. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of the team.
  5. Once you have selected OK your team will disappear from your account.
